No, it doesnt, they are different mechanics, while Power Absorption does have power null as an effect, as the character literally....lose the power, having resistance to powernull does not grant resistance to power absorption, as you need feats of having someone stealing your abilities

maybe power null, but bern said there different mechanisms so probs not and i dont think power mimicry is correlated to power absorption since they dont need to like affect or take something from you to mimic you

depends if the kind of resistance to absorption includes all types

if it does then it goes without saying that you can resist power absorption


it would be more of case by case basis
if you resist having your energy absorbed then someone who absorbs your power by absorbing your energy cannot absorb your power
someone who resist biological absorption can resist someone absorbing powers via absorbing them biologically
someone who resist soul absorption can resist someone absorbing powers by absorbing your being as soul

power absorption is a subset of absorption

powernull would be irrelevant here because nullifying =/= absorbing
and absorbing is one way of nullifying but there are ways to nullify
