I'm almost positive EX Fusion was stated to be weaker than Metamoran/Potara Fusion, but it had the advantage of letting anyone fuse, regardless of species or power levels.

Bump (is this still bumpable?), also I made a mistake, Floor 5 would scale to Gogeta (XV Goku and Vegeta), they don't fight Blue until endgame, my bad
