There was no ship named Kansas in WW2, so the chances of seeing a Kansas shipgirl in Azur Lane are low since almost all the shipgirls in it served in the war. It'd either be based on the Battleship scrapped in 1923 or on the Cruiser that was never built due to the end of the war

What about USS Oklahoma (BB-37)?
 
Same as Kansas, no ships in WW2 with that name

And just like her, a Connecticut battleship was scrapped in 1923. In fact they were part of the same class of battleships (of which Connecticut was the namesake)
 
I mean, Melt can just kinda swish me away. While I wouldn't waifu Shiki I do love her character, and she can just instant-dead me.
