Post Timeskip Shiki Additions

Just a few minor things to give Shiki based on the recent chapters

Cyborgization and X-Ray vision (Shiki received a mechanical eye from Sister that has an x-ray vision function)

Underground Mobility (Shiki is able to make tunnels with just a single step and traverse through them using his gravity)

Cyborgization and x-rays are fine, tho I disagree with underground mobility.

One of the rules that were established when this ability was created, was that characters must have a specific ability or power that allows them to travel underground, while simply using AP to destroy it wasn't enough.

In this case Shiki just makes a big hole and then jumps in it, something that anyone with enough AP is virtually able to perform.
If he were to do something like, focusing gravity around himself or on the ground to actually travel, then it'd be fine, but just making a big hole doesn't qualify.
