Proposal

At least Shiki Granbell is to have: Black Hole Creation added to his abilities.

Reasoning

1. Shiki's Gravity is enough to create a Black Hole that traps the lights from Chronophage that were destroying Planets across Cosmos

2. This was stated by a Cosmic Entity who can easily destroy and recreate the Universe, who also happens to state her exact energy output in Joules in the same Chapter. And this number is confirmed to be true by Pino's scouter when she attempts it again later on.

The setting & scale of Chronophage's power is so ridiculously high that it makes no sense to imply she is not an accurate judge of Shiki's Gravity. It roams the Universe as it likes and eats the Time of Planets for snack and throws spacetime in chaos. I would be inclined to argue she is a good enough judge of whether she is speaking of countless real Black holes that exist in the Universe or a fake one.

3. Muller, a prominent scientist, explicitly speaks of Gravitational Time Dilation under an intense gravitational field (generated by him). He even speaks of how Shiki and Shura are completely ignoring the Theory of Relativity (yes, directly name dropped to have General Relativistic effects - in reference to Satan Gravity)

4. We see Old Weisz, greatest scientist in the Universe, mumbling components of the Einstein Field Equations, and the scribbling of Latex format of Einstein Field Equations behind him on the Blackboard - IN REFERENCE to Shiki's Gravity Manipulation.

(Which btw, is what schwarzchild used directly to derive the schwarzchild metric under assumptions of spherical symmetry, static spacetime, vacuum exterior)

5. When Xenolith spoke of True Gravity, he stated: "Its Force is Infinite" , the interpretation can be that the Tidal Forces diverge as we approach singularity (r->0), corresponding to unbounded spacetime curvature, the intent is apparent eitherway: that it cannot be resisted.

6. And importantly, it is consistent with the setting and scale of the story (Universal civilization set 20000 years in the future where people can slap up tech that ignores the laws of Physics) as well as the actual powerscaling among Edens Zero Top-Tiers.

The only thing is, when this happened Shiki was inside Chronophage, which is a world of itself. It literally creates Space-time walls around Planets in its wake after devouring them.

This makes sense

Side note, Shiki should also have resistance to black hole creation since he can exist inside his own black holes

I thought he already had it ngl.

Obvious agree, and wouldn't Shiki also be High 3-A with the ability? Seeing as it's stated to have infinite force; something black holes have (but never gets granted unless explicitly stated)

I'm not sure how it's treated here
But just to be clear, Speaking for a schwarzschild black hole here: the "infinite force" of a Black Hole (in a meaningful manner) doesn't occur at the event horizon (r=r_s) like many may think, its basically just a free fall. Only as you approach r->0 would the (radial) Tidal acceleration diverge (physically relevant) - in simpler terms "infinite force" won't be experienced until a part reaches singularity

To visualize it, if you look at the schwarzschild metric in schwarzschild coordinates ds^2 = -(1-r_s/r)*c^2*dt^2 + dr^2 /(1-r_s/r) + r^2*d(omega)^2;

You observe 2 divergence in this interval:

One is as r->0 where the first term (time component) diverges, whereas Spatial 2-spheres shrink to 0 - but this is a true singularity only because Spacetime curvature diverges (regardless of coordinates) & Tidal forces diverge

Another is r-> r_s; the 2nd term diverges while first term approaches 0. However the divergence in 2nd term (radial metric) is coordinate-based, you will end up with a finite curvature if you use a coordinate invariant measure of spacetime curvature (like R_(uv rs)*R^(uv rs), which is inversely proportional to r^6)

(Btw if you look at the metric you'd also observe that at r>rs, first term (time component/coordinate) is negative which means it's timelike separation, and the 2nd term (radial component/coordinate) is positive which means it's spacelike separation. Once you get to r<rs, you observe that time component is positive, making it spacelike separation and radial component is negative, making it timelike separation)

Edit: are there other characters who got rating like this?

I'd say all the scans and scientific evidence listed indicate black hole creation if nothing else
