To get clarity on Sonic's Unknown ratings...

I just thought about this. Sonic was still capable of keeping up with and even outpacing characters like Quickman who is still superior to even Megaman in terms of speed when he isn't using an upgrade. They should have similar attack power and abilities, Sonic being faster and Megaman having more firepower (as stated by both of them in the Pre-Genesis Wave).

Sonic states a quip and then he does this . Keep in mind that these are characters that regularly give problems to Base Megaman.

What Mega has to do to keep up with Quickman?

So through all of this, Sonic in his base should be comparable to Megaman, Megaman's power didn't change, and Sonic was just goofing around through it treating Quickman like a chump.
