Possibly Pit upgrade (and an possibly upgrade for the entirely Kid Icarus verse)

In the chapter 8 of Kid Icarus Uprising, Pit easily beats many Spaces Pirates.

The Spaces Pirates are able to steal whole constellatio and compress them without any problem.

Pit and all other characters comparable to him should be 4-B or 4-A.

Outlier since Hades only said: I want to destroy a Country or two, if that was taken into account he would have said to destroy the Planet or Solar Systems.

I looked into this a while ago.

Unfortunately, constellations in Kid Icarus aren't remotely close to star sized, as they are made up of magic glowing spheres that are not much bigger than Pit himself, as shown in Chapter 8.

Hades just said that to laugh.

He himself said he would have done this to "pass the time" and "wait Pit on a corpse mountain".

It was not a threat.
