Possibly 6-B rating for Elizabello 2's King Punch ?

No absolutely not. There's nothing to prove his statement was legit and even if it was, it'd be a massive outlier.
Not that I disagree with you about the statement being legit, but how it would be an outlier? Aren't there multiple Low 6-B and 6-B characters in One Piece?

Yes but those are for the top tiers. Elizabello is weaker than Zoro and Zoro himself is only High 7-A at max. It's an outlier for any of the upper mid tiers to have a feat at 6-B.

Can I say that I find Zoro only being 7-A highly dicey, him being physically weaker than law is downright strange.

Besides, Elizabello will only be this strong with 1 move that he cannot even use normally due to ridiculous charging time.

It's better to wait for him to show that ability and prove if his statements is 100% legit.

Sigh... The statement of Elizabello's punch being capable of even harming a Yonko is obvious hyperbole. The statement was made by random citizens and soldiers who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and generally have no clue how strong a Yonko is.

No upgrade, and since Zoro is very clearly inferior to Fujitora and Doflamingo (the latter of which basically stomped Sanji without even looking at him 85% of their 'fight'), he stays 7-A. It is nothing to do with an outlier, it is just that it is way too obvious that these tier 7 characters are far too weak to pose any sort of threat to the high tiers (Low 6-B).

If Zoro popped up and removed an arm from an Admiral, OKAY, upgrade. He has yet to do anything to show that he's any sort of threat, and people tried to point out "Zoro vs Fujitora", but I fail to see how he was a threat to Fuji when all he could do was wrestle out of the gravity attack, which was obviously casual seeing as how Fujitora can generate attacks of much higher energy with casual effort (You can NOT compare Zoro being crushed to Fujitora lifting tens of trillions of tons of rubble and blasting a hole through the side of Dressrosa).

There is no evidence to support Zoro being even comparable to Law physically anyways. Neither have fought eachother, let alone held their own against similarly powerful opponents.

Also, i'm going to start using Tier1 (6-B), 2 (Low 6-B), and 3 (7-B~High 7-A) to discuss the tiers now since a lot of people don't understand that high tiers =/= top tiers.

I agree with Cameron, as usual.

Bartolomeo's barriers being Yonkou level, tho.

Im closing this. It was hyperbole.
