Possible upgrade

I have a question about something but im not quite sure if it's accurate or not. Now given the affects and abilities that Time and Space manipulation can give you, is it possible that manipulation over those 2 concepts can technically count as Immediate Healing/Regenerationn and Attack/Damage nullification? Please tell me what you think of this.

What if they did have those showings or we're confirmed to have manipulation of time and space in those various of ways?

Sorry lol i had been busy for a bit. Anyway's, for time and space manipulators with those confirmed ways of manipulation or feats of having it, would characters such as Dialga and Palkia suffice considering they.......ARE, time and space itself? And possibly Whis since he can also reverse time?

feat wise i agree. But theoretically is it possible? Whis i understand but i thought Dialga and Palkia had high lvls of controlled/converted time/space manipulating. Like when Dialga put Giratina only in an infinite time loop or when Palkia used it's space manipulating to free Dialga from Arceus's distortional trap in the movie. But if it isnt enough then i understand. Thank you very much
