This should be a relatively simple addition.
Saint stage users are stated as being able to destroy devils by purifying malice which seems to fit the criteria for Holy Manipulation as well as Purification(Type 2) to which it is already noted even on the "Devil Physiology" page that Saint stage is treated as analogues to Purification and Holy Manipulation.
So Yuno and Noelle should both gain the addition of Purification (Type 2) & Holy Manipulation.
