Possible Peter Griffin Ability Addition

So I was watching Family guy late as you do, and came across an episode that showed a fairly useful ability for Peter

https://youtu.be/Gik1Fy1M3e8 (Feat starts at 0:58 and 2:19) Basically Peter, using his cutaways (which thanks to his fourth wall awareness, has been an ability he has shown to reference and manipulate) can teleport. Hes also been able to travel back and forwards in time using them, though notably for comedic relief. He's shown to be able to reference he is in a cutaway too, and also add other people into the cutaway.

Could this be added to his profile by an admin or something. It is consistently shown he can manipulate them, and they definitely give him teleportation in general and through time. More controversial powers include BFR and such, but those can be left out if people dont feel confident about that

Tbh I don't know what we consider outliers/canon/consistent anymore in this verse. I guess teleportation is fine but idk about the time travel stuff.

I think there've been enough instances of the characters knowing about and exploiting cutaways for it to not really be too much of an outlier anymore. Such as the infamous Conway Twitty scenes.

I suppose the main trick would be seeing what common benefits appear in cutaways, and what would most likely be plot-induced comedy or normal examples of Toon Force.

You guys should also keep in mind that Peter, or any Family Guy character for that matter, has limited plot manipulation by delaying the plot with a cutaway.

Teleportation seems fine, but I do not know about time travel. Do you have a clip?

I don't think he can do time-travel. In the one example I know of in which Peter is truly transported through time, it was Death who did it, not Peter himself. Cutaways in which Peter briefly appears in the past or future without explanation are likely just for humor, not examples of truly traveling through time.
