Possible minor ikkaku upgrade

In chapter 204 ikkaku takes a town+ attack which is used to scale his and a few others ap (scans are already on the profile)

In chapter 209-2010 we are told rangiku toshiro and renji were nerfed by 5 times
The reason for that it's cuz lieutenent and captains so strong is risky, so it's Possible logically ikkaku would be nerfed for same reason as lieutenent cuz he is blatantly a lieutenent tier

Idrc if it doesn't get accepted tho but if it goes trough full power ikkaku tiers becomes large town and his bankai becomes small City

Yeah which is why i don't have any issues if it doesn't get a Possible rating depending on what everyone Thinks

But the logic bassically is
Lieutenent are nerfed cuz they are strong
Ikkau is lieutenent tier and Would have been one if it wasn't for yachiru (he even becomes on eos when she isn't lieutenent anymore funny enough) so it would make sense that ss nerfed him too

Ikkaku didn't want to use his Bankai and would have preferred keeping it a secret. If he could have just gotten his limiter released, it seems more likely that he would have resorted to that instead of resorting to his Bankai instead.

I wouldn't advise revising Arrancar Invasion Arc characters's AP when Arc's currently working on that specific section of the story, the values are going to be changed, including the Gentei Kaijo multipliers.
