After re-reading God-Man again... I came across a few scans...

God-Man like mentioned has control over all time and space . This is important because he supposed has a infinite domain, over all universes and dimensions . That in and of itself... Sounds 2-A to High 1-B depending on what " Dimensions" mean, which more than likely is spatio-temporal , as there was never shown any other "type" of dimensions in said comic. He also constantly is stated as someone who has control over all time and space, so more than likely it's temporal-spatial than anything else.

He also seems to have 4thw all awareness , with the quote "READERS ! HEAR ME ! DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE" .

"Infinite" could very well be hyperbole.

Even then, this doesn't prove 2-A at all, let alone High 1-B.

The thing that bugs me is that he's listed under webcomic characters.

It's a newspaper comic strip. Not a Webcomic.
