Possible Frieza upgrade

It says in the link in the title that Golden Frieza in the ROF arc is "infinitely stronger" than he was during his time on Namek. Does this mean Golden Frieza is High 3-A? I mean it is a statement from an official site so I doubt this is hyperbole.

He basically is infinitely stronger than he was, it's hyperbole. Although he's 3-A anyway, who knows how things will turn out before super ends. I mean no one expected 3-A Goku scaling off a Cornish rex a few years back and if ya said itd happen you'd be laughed at but times have changed
