Possible Fantasy Patrol Additions

In the latest published episode of Fantasy Patrol the girls have demonstrated new abilities.

• With the necklaces they are able to transform into mermaids, swim and breathe underwater.
• While Helena began to turn into ice after touching the ice structure, it didn't work on Snowy. In addition, she destroyed this structure via her own powers.
• Although Snowy was frozen, she was able to destroy the ice around her body.
• Snowy has reflected multiple attacks from The Phantom via her own magic staff.
• In her new Snow Queen form, she stomped The Phantom and unfreezed an entire underwater town. The whole town itself was shown at the very beginning.

Should we also upgrade Snowy? The last one seems much higher than the girls' current 9-B feat.

Possibly, yes, but we probably need an accepted calculation first.
