Possible Composite Godzilla upgrade

In Marvel Comics, There was that one time he fought the Avengers, The Fantastic Four, and outdid Thor and Marvel Hercules. Now, normally, crossovers don't scale, as they aren't canon, but this is a composite character. I'd like to see how that works.

Its inconsistent because in the same comic he struggled with the Invisible Woman

Wrong, he didn't struggle, he busted IW's force field pretty casually while also being smaller and weaker due to Pym Particles. The fact that he schooled FF when that weak just adds up to him schooling Herc and Thor when at his full power.
