The ones that this applies to would be Ho-Oh, Lugia, Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem (and its additional forms of Kyurem-Black and Kyurem-White). Anyways, I was doing some searching on Bulbapedia and it said that any Legendaries under the mission board as "Legend of the Mysterious Ruins" is not affected by Status Orbs and Seeds. This would apply to them actually getting a decent amount of resistances rather obviously.
NOTE: These resistances ONLY come from Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity. Other Orbs/Seeds with effects not listed were either of usage on the Player and their Rescue Team or simply don't appear in MDGTI. Confirmation of them coming from MDGTI is in the links to the orbs and seeds when it shows the abbreviations of what games they come from.
- Resistance to Fear Manipulation (Unaffected by the effect of the Foe-Fear Orb which can make someone terrified if used)
- Resistance to Immobilization (Unaffected by the effect of the Foe-Hold Orb which can immobilize targets that it is used on)
- Resistance to Power Nullification (Unaffected by the effect of the Nullify Orb which nullifies the abilities of present Pokemon on the floor of the dungeon)
- Resistance to One Hit Kill (Unaffected by the effect of the One-Shot Orb which would normally kill the opponent immediately upon contact)
- Resistance to Statistics Reduction (Unaffected by the effect of the Slow Orb which reduces one's speed)
- Resistance to Sleep Manipulation (Unaffected by the effect of the Slumber Orb which puts one to sleep)
- Resistance to BFR (Unaffected by the effect of the Spurn Orb which removes one from a certain area of the map and puts them somewhere else)
- Resistance to Status Effect Inducement (Unaffected by the effect of the Totter Orb which confuses those who it is used on)
- Resistance to Perception Manipulation (Unaffected by the effect of the Blinker Seed which blinds an opponent (the seed can be thrown to force this effect despite what the description says about eating it which is still true))
Conclusion: They all get resistances to Fear Manipulation, Immobilization, Power Nullification, One Hit Kill? (Maybe Death Manipulation in turn), Statistics Reduction (In the form of Speed), Sleep Manipulation, BFR, Status Effect Inducement (In the form of confusion), and Perception Manipulation.
I think most of them are okay. I don't know if Resistance to One Hit Kill is an actual thing though.
