So with a new game we have new powers that can be resisted.
These are the following
Stun: this effect stops the user from being able to act for a short time. so Stun vaccine would make them resistant to this effect.
Freeze: This effect freeze's those effect on this this by passes the resistance to cold/ice/absolute zero the ice element resistance give. so freeze vaccine should give a second layer to cold/absolute zero resistance.
Reverse: this effect flips damage and healing to do the opposite, Reverse vaccine should grant Power Modification resistance
puppet: This effect makes the user a puppet controlled by the target. the puppet vaccine could either grant resistance to body puppetry, or another layer of mind control resistance.
Bind: This effect binds the afflicted in place stopping them from moving. bind vaccine should grants resistance to the bind effect.
the next thing a character named Mizuki as an ability named Magic Siphon which has the flavor text "A tasty snack of stolen life energy" this attack in an ice element attack and here shows him drain life force from the target. this would mean having ice element resistance would grant life manipulation resistance on top of the ones that it already grants.
