Porco's Jaw Titan is stronger. Mikasa noted that his Jaw was clearly distinct from that of Ymir's. In that it was much faster. So fast, that Mikasa couldn't hit him without setting up an ambush on him and essentially outsmarting him. Ymir was reluctant to even combat a younger Mikasa. Porco on the other hand battled Mikasa and Eren at the same time post time skip.
His Jaw also demonstrated the ability to harden its claws, something that Ymir has yet to demonstrate, and has far better feats, for example in demonstrating the ability to rip through the strong crystal generated by the War Hammer with ease. Something that not even Eren's Attack Titan could manage.

Yeah i gotta agree, Poroco's Jaw Titan is superior in just about every aspect, really the only thing Ymir has going for her is that she had the titan longer but thats about it
