Founder Eren's Tier

A rather simple observation: Eren was given Ymir Fritz's physical power, which is listed in the Wiki at 8-A. If the statement is too ambiguous for scaling him, we know for sure that his Founding Titan is larger than Rod Reiss, who is also listed at possibly 8-A (and is the reason Ymir is that tier since she is more powerful than him). Since that's the case, shouldn't Eren's Founding Titan be 8-A or possibly 8-A?

This seems fine
On another note I feel that Ymir's rating should possibly changed to a "8-B+,Possibly 8-A" considering the assumptions that have to be made for her to be that tier. Also whatever we decide for Ymir Eren should get the exact same rating as he had the full power of the founding, not part like King Fritz did, he had her full cooperation. So that would translate to 8-A for Eren or "8-B+, Possibly 8-A" if we decide to go that route

I see. I evidently am not the most well-versed in Attack on Titan scaling, but given that this is literally Ymir's power being given to Eren and Ymir is straight up 8-A, making Founding Titan Eren 8-A seems fine (scaling above Rod Reiss also works as support)

Going off of assumption isn't really a good thing to do and since we don't know for sure whether Rod could break that wall all in one go I believe we should go with the safer option.

That being 8-B+, possibly 8-A

Eren scales 1 to 1 with Ymir so whatever she gets he should get

Eren shouldn't scale to Ymir completely as he is not of a Royal blood so he can't use the founding Titan power at full as for Rod, he should have his ''Possibly'' removed he should just be 8-A.

Disagree, Eren convinced Ymir herself to give him her power and he has royal blood in the form of his brother connected to him, so there is no reason to believe he couldn't access the full power of Ymir.

Rod Reis should definitely NOT get outright 8-A as we have no idea if he could have destroyed that wall with 1 attack, it is pure speculation on our part

Is it possible for Eren and Ymir to be definitively 8-A? Eren's Doomsday Titan is almost the size of Shiganshina and is as large as several Colossal Titans so scaling to 8-A definitively doesn't seem farfetched

The most we could get away with would be making them baseline 8-A (100 tons)

Since Reiner a bog standard shifter can survive 72 tons of Tnt no problem

Though that opens up a whole new can of worms considering a case could be made for the Colossal and Rod Reis to scale to that value as well

The multiplier gap is no longer a thing, isn't it? Now it's case by case and 1.37x is minuscule compared to how huge Eren's Founding Titan is versus Rod Reiss' Titan.
