What are the parameters of this fight? Is knockout or BFR allowed? Because Superman could bum rush him and dump Popeye on the other side of the Universe, freeze him there with his icebreath, and then go home. Only real edge Popeye has is Regenerationn, and it won't men a thing if he can't escape space.

I don't know, I think it would be on the same level as Popeye himself, wouldn't it?

So, yeah, I'm still voting for inconclusive, there's no way Popeye is defeating Superman, Clark is a far better and more experienced fighter, and has better range attacks, but there's nothing he can do to put Popeye down for good, not with that Low-Godly Regenerationn, Resurrection and Toon Force.

It was? Ok, still, I don't think Superman has anything capable of passing through Low-Godly Regenerationn, and Popeye also has Toon Force, which, according to this wiki, is "similar to Reality Warping, only that is made on a funny way", so, I still think it's very unlikely that Superman would be able to really kill him. But I don't think Popeye can put Superman down either, that's my opinion.
