Popeye vs Popeye

Both without spinach and OG has Low 2-C restricted. Speed equalised. Victory via SBA.

May the best Sailor win.

As we comprehend here in the wiki the stats (strength, dexterity, constitution, wisdom, intelligence and charisma) as layers and Popeye is a 9th level Warrior, he may be very resistant to Popeye's haxes, but I still don't see how will the dnd one will hurt Popeye

Okay laying out the advantages assuming the tier 2 stuff isn't coming into play:

OG
Superior LS (Class 100 vs Class 5)
Better haxes (Doesn't matter as much because D&D resistances)
Better regen (D&D Popeye in canon doesn't go for kills but knock-out but still healing damage is good)
Immortality Type 2 (Let Popeye take more abuse)
Better Mobility? (Idk how the flight works or how spammable it is)

D&D
Superior AP (1.11 tons vs 0.405 tons)
Ranged attacks are useless against him (Not especially relevant, but stops OG Popeye from flying around and tossing big rocks at least)

Debatable Aspects:
Stamina (Both have solid feats in this realm, with D&D crossing oceans without getting tired and OG fighting even while heavily injured)
Intelligence (Both are not anything special academically so that's irrelavnt. OG has more showings of his sailorness and fighting experience, but D&D is trained in way more weapons as a fighter and has any skill a sailor could possibly have)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So basically this comes down to "Can D&D Popeye punt OG Popeye enough to knock them out"
If this gets down to a wrestling match OG wins, but as far as I can tell Popeye mainly punches so it seems unlikely. I think it's fair to call this inconclusive, since each Popeye has something to negate the other's edge. If I had to vote I am more inclined to say D&D wins due to the decent AP edge (Albeit OG can upscale from his value but it is still over an x2 difference so)

So inconclusive/D&D win from me

As someone who watched the cartoons, I'm pretty sure Popeye goes for either punching his opponents or outmatching their strength the normal way (lifting strength), whichever he feels would show off his strength more.

D&D Popeye is not KOing OG Popeye for a whole hour. Most knockouts are recovered from within a few minutes unless brain damage is involved, in which Popeye's regen would kick in anyways and he'd regen.

D&D Popeye has no way to beat the regen, so.

Is there anything stopping him from just punching him again?
Like he has insane stamina too, so just punch the head again every once in a while

Do we treat Low Godly as just infinite stamina or something, like eventually he should be too tired to heal it no?
I mean, at that point (Low Godly), you're basically ignoring physical death. Not death as a whole, mind you, just physical death.

Yeah no, OG Popeye is resilient as all hell. Also aren't spinach standard equipment? You can't restrict that
I mean, you can if the story does. Bluto one time replaced Popeye's spinach with weeds during a baseball game. That and Popeye praying to Spinachia implies that Popeye didn't have a can on him during the Olympics cartoon.
