I vote inconclusive too. Motoko's equipment is far more lethal than Batman's, but Batman is literally a walking non-lethal arsenal that Motoko ain't seeing coming.
Also Motoko actually restrains herself when she fights humans... to a degree though, so she is going to try her dammest to not kill Batman.

Oh sorry. Still, Motoko is more used to fightning people with lethal weapons, not with lethal arsenal. Should have put that.
