So here is the description of the move Detect Link

Effect
Detect protects the user from all effects of moves that target it during the turn it is used, including damage. If it or other protection moves are used consecutively, its success rate decreases.

Detect's technical mechanics, including formulas, glitches, and exceptions, function identically to Protect in all generations.

Descriptio

Games Description Stad2 Allows user to completely evade attack. If used consecutively, its success rate decreases. GSC Evades attack that turn. It may fail. RSE 'Colo.'XD Evades attack, but may fail if used in succession. FRLG Enables the user to evade all attacks. It may fail if used in succession. DPPtHGSS BWB2W2 It enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession. XYORAS Enables the user to evade all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.

The 2 Ledgendaries this affects is Azelf and Zapdos since they learn it from leveling up however many more can learn it through TM but I don't know if thats counted on this site
