Also, Pokémon is known for its PIS...Palkia not attacking until the crucial moment was for drama reasons, if I recalled correctly. They tend to do that sort of ridiculousness a lot in PMD games.

Cosmic Awareness existed and has been constantly used for a long time dude. Also, it allows you to be aware of events on an universal scale and keep in note that Palkia help formed the multiverse, so he would be aware of what's going on anywhere within it.

I know the ability itself isn't made up, thats not what my point meant. By "made up", im saying we are making up abilities for Palkia, the character in question, all in an effort to try and deny the upgrade for it's state of being.Magi Hussie said:

If I had to go into the specifics, it would also mean that Palkia doesn't only have Cosmic Awareness but also has Time Perception which would allow him to be aware of that too.

Except why would a being whos entire purpose is about space as opposed to time have a time-related ability specifically?
And by "time-perception" im assuming you mean precog? Because thats the only time-perception based ability.

Of course, but that also doesnt mean Palkia has a specific time-related ability as opposed to his state of being doing the job for him.
