Pokemon: Class 10 Lifting Strength for Ash?

In the Pokemon Anime, Ash is seen carrying a Cosmeon, which according to the Pokedex weighs just about 999.9 kg (See here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Cosmoem_(Pokémon)). Would we consider this an outlier, or should we grant him the massive consideration of holding a little over a ton in two hands with no visible strain nor effort. Reference picture linked below for the 'feat' in question. (As I am rather dubious about the whole thing) https://imgur.com/eSXfkH2 If for some reason this link doesnt work, please tell me, as I don't really use Imgur that much

Ash is blatantly superhuman. Class 10 lifting strength surprisingly isn't Farfetch'd for him.
First off, nice, second of all, thansk for the input, I appreciate it. I guess I should have said 'Wynaut' and done it.

Also would this possibly mean a base tier revision since lifting up really heavy stuff somewhat relates to AP?

Well, if Cal agrees with this, it should probably be fine.

But Cosmoem doesn't levitate all the time?
Theres nothing in the dex entry about it and it doesn't get the ability levitate. So no, I wouldn't think so. In fact the pokemon is described as motionless as though dead, definitely not floating.
