Repeating Arkenis' point, how the **** is Po resisting Idle Transfiguration? Unless he has some kind of long range soul manipulation there's no way he's A) dealing damage to Mahito at all, B) landing any hits without Mahito getting a chance to transform him or C) Resisting transfiguration completely. And on top of that, domain seems like an instant win.
Would probably be good to be prepared with this kind of info

Mahito's Idle Transfiguration is a direct byproduct of manipulating people's souls and the body following suit. He's not just fuqing with your physical body.
Po has resistance to transmutation, sure, but no resistance to Soul Manipulation, so if Mahito touches him it's gg despite his resistance
Po basically fights like a vastly more skilled Itadori, and although Po beats the crap out of Mahito in CQC, Mahito doesn't fight CQC against anyone he can just 1 touch gg. He just spams his self transmutation and overwhelms Po with his size alteration, bodily weaponry, and arsenal of transfigured humans. Any attack Po gets hit by (besides from the transfigured humans) will instantly send his soul through a blender
