Okay, so high 4-C plutonian actually knows that he's a reality warper. Besides being able to grow stronger really quickly the most important appmciation of this is probably being able to alter probability on a quantum level. He did it unconsciously before just because he thought hr should win fights and stuff, but he could do that actively now which would come in handy.

Dean's power mimicry works based on what he sees. I doubt he can see Plutonian's probablility manip, but any physical skill is easily copied. Plus, any attack Plutonian can be seen 5 seconds in advance. In addition to that, Dean's armoursuits are close to mid end High 4-C via power scaling.

Scaling goes like this:

Ragnarok Ilpyo (A little over baseline) < Chapter 5 Ilpyo = Mori Jin <<<< Dean with Armoursuits

This comes from Dean no selling attacks from Mori, going so far as to say it doesn't hurt at all.

Not sure if that's gonna work as well on powers that are only a thing due to his biology though. He can also see through time by using thr opponent's mind as a lens.
