Can a character with Plot Hax bypass HAX's like AE, NEP, Immortality (8 & 9), etc.?​

No, not without a feat of being able to do so.

Assuming we’re talking erasing someone from the plot, then for immortality they usually could. The immortal would need high godly regen from plot erasure to survive it.
For all the others, it comes down to feats and mechanics.

depend of the AE, depend of the NEP, depend of how the immortality type 8 works

Type 9 is a no, Type 8 can be affected. AE can be affected, NEP is currently being revise, so under the new sytem only plot nonexistent will not be affected.
