Atmospheres don’t really have a height where they end, but if you mean you have some arbitrarily high point in the atmosphere, the additional information you’d need is: the multiplicative change in air pressure from the ground to the height in question, the temperature at that height, the molecular composition of the planet’s air, and some estimate of density for the planet.
