Planet Size via Atmosphere

Not really given that such height isn't based only on the size of the planet, but also the amount (and compund) of its air or so from what I recall, unless you just assume it, but at that point it probably would be more viable to just assume Earth-like size by default as it's been done on other verses from what I recall.

Atmospheres don’t really have a height where they end, but if you mean you have some arbitrarily high point in the atmosphere, the additional information you’d need is: the multiplicative change in air pressure from the ground to the height in question, the temperature at that height, the molecular composition of the planet’s air, and some estimate of density for the planet.
 
No, I can't think of a good way of calculating the size of the planet based on that.
