As for the justifications, I tried to fix them a while ago.

I'd also like to point out that Pokemon has 317 profiles, yet almost no one edits them when revisions need to be implemented.

It's fairly obvious why someone would simply change the tier instead of looking into the justification/following the chain of scaling

If everyone helped out, they would be perfect in ten minutes
