I assume these are the Post Room of Spirit of Time Piccolo [1] and Trunks without sword [2], i say High Diff. for Piccolo since he is a strategic and intelligent fighter and also has elasticity, danmaku, Regenerationn and special beam cannon that can help him, Trunks is skilled/serious in battle and might use Grade 3 but Piccolo would have better mobility against him and the event with Cell made him not use it until against SSB Vegeta as a bait.
