Phineas and Ferb base tier upgrades

Both Phineas and Ferb should at least be 10-A for their base tiers.

Shown within this music number ( By the way, one of my favorite songs in P&F. ), Both Phineas and Ferb both transverse the tower in an athletic aspect. They're seen dodging objects rather well, easily making their way through obstacles, and even making their way through platforms by flipping, which is shown here .

Who'll add these in, and what will the reasoning be on their Attack Potency?

I do not tend to have the time to make the content revision edits myself. Somebody knowledgeable about the verse and experienced with editing profiles usually has to do so.
