She can, but given what Beezie has in store, it's not gonna happen nearly as fast as normal unless Beezie just puts her guard down.

Well, the manifestation of Beelzebub's Inner World is made of Endless Maggots made of her own Magical Prowess and given the nature of Inner Worlds, I'm relatively sure that affecting/nuking it recquires affecting/nuking Beelzebub herself. So while the flies probs can be affected, the way I see it and talked on Discord, and given how IO works too, I'm inclined to believe clash of these two powers is what decides the match.

If IO when interacting with her Inner world beats its mechanics/priority, then Tracy Wins.

If CorpseWorld comes out on top, Beelzebub wins.

If both would have an equally relevant chance of prevailing (in a "either can win one time, then lose the next, then win the next, then lose..." and so on) OR if you can't tell for sure, Inconclusive.

Right now, I'm guessing Inconclusive myself via the principle of "I have no effing idea" but open for interpretation if thought otherwise.

Throwing Tracy into her inner world could have adverse effects for Beelzebub. That's like the most vulnerable part of her soul, so even though it has a lot of nasty effects, Tracy could do more damage from inside. And she'd start turning the other victims in there into bees.

Beelzebub doesn't just have Dream Evil, also, she has soul-destruction and conceptual attacks, too. Overall, Beelzebub's flies would probably be more vulnerable to IO than she is, but she could probably handle it, at least for some duration of time.
