Yeah I agree with that actually. Something to add too, he literally goes beyond his "physical potential and limits" so no matter how fast his base gets it can never reach the speed of Kanmaru.

Also Youpi is implied to be able to react to lightning so we might have a MHS for him and anyone who upscales.

Considering how badly he stomped Pitou, how effortlessly he dodged his/her attacks, and Pitou deeming him strong enough to be considered a threat to the King I would say it's rather safe to assume that he'd be at the very least relative to Meruem in speed and AP imo.
