I don't see anything ability on their profiles that really revolves around location.

Peribot uses Tractor Beam to Clear out the area. Most of Naruto's hax would be too weak to do anything, and any hax that would do something (which tends to be basic Blasts), Peribot would be able to hurt Naruto faster than he can.
