Sirin, with the current state of her profile, Cell can't do anything. The only thing he better is his fighting skills. Even with Sirin feat as she never shown to neg anyone regen with the Death Gem she can still get around with other hax like Sealing

Perhaps. That's with equalized speed, though. Strangely, despite being FTL, Honkai is actually rather slow for what characters in this tier tend to have.

Don't know why this hasn't been closed but considering how it wasn't properly explained yet, Sirin stomps end of discussion. She'd casually just BFR Cell to the SoQ an 11-D space that would just outright kill Cell via 11-D mind hax, lack of air, oxygen, any sort of food, quantum honkai beasts etc even if she didn't BFR him (which is extremely out of character as it's literally always the first thing she does) Cell's beams would do jack shit as she'd just redirect them using her spatial manip and even if he decided not to do that and attempt to beat her with H2H he'd be incapable of ever hitting her with her void barrier she also casually atomizes him using HoD's powers not to mention casually corrupt him and turn him into a honkai beast. Point being he has literally no chance and there is quite actually nothing he can do his greatest strength his regen is completely and utterly dominated by either BFR which he has no resistance to or just atomization so yeah.....this is just a complete stomp

Cell doesn't need air thanks to Frieza's cells. He also has Instant Transmission to teleport back from BFR.

But judging from how Sirin’s void barrier was described in 2E, no amount of raw brute force can overcome it any more than Casper the Friendly Ghost's intangibility. Hax is required to defeat her. There's very few characters who can fight against her evenly, and they are not the flying bricks of DB characters.

Under normal circumstances I'd agree that he can just us IT to teleport back but this isn't a 3-D space he's being BFR'd to, it's an 11-D one. IT works by sensing someone's ki to use as a catalyst to tp back to, there is not a single entity in DB that can fill an 11-D space with ki for him to tp to so he'd be stuck in the SoQ no matter what. Also yeah I'm aware he doesn't need air to breathe but he does need nutrition which the SoQ doesn't have but regardless it's not the lack of self-sustenance that's the problem it's the madness manip/mind hax the SoQ has that would kill him

True, DB's major weakness is lack of hax and Sirin is basically nightmare fuel for the verse
