Well, oneshots is pretty much a reson by itself but: while Pennywise is a threat to a casual Universe level+ (who created the universe in a stomcache), Slenderman is barely a tall guy who can... control a timeline? Never understood that Slenderman AP clarification, tbh.

From what I know, Slanderman is rated as "Possibly Low 2-c" via scaling to HBIT, who apparently has a statement that says that he views the entire Universe as fiction. UltimaReality knows more about it though, ask him.

Anyways, Pennywise mindhaxes and calls it a day. And most of Slendy's hax won't do jack here because he's fighting a living Space-Time.
