Does it scale to her lifting strength or is that its best feat? Because Penny's lifting strength even with Floating Array is Class G

Also a notable thing to say. We're using Maiden Penny, so she could easily dish out some electric attacks on Jenny and cause her to short circuit, leaving her incapacitated and giving her wincon.
