Pretty sure Seiya is faster since with the 7th sense you are at least FTL+ after mastery and with burning of Cosmo can be MFTL even MFTL+, Seiya still has adaption and atomic hax. Better regen and attacks and not as cocky as Cooler.

his page says he is lightspeed at satrt and then ftl later on

That's the thing with 7th sense after mastery the lowest you can go is FTL since as you unlock it you are at least LS, many 7th sense users have gone FTL+ and muh further via burning Cosmo. Even if we go by the lowest end, Seiya can just raise his stats with Cosmo.

So Seiya wins via raising his stats by burning cosmo? What exactly is his stats is increased to btw? Let say speed FTL+ with is tied with Cooler now, will Seiya increase AP and Durability?

I think they are equal in stats at this point but i'm with Seiya, he'd faster but yes he also can win via Cosmo burning but it varies on how much Cooler pushes him. Even newly unlocked 7th Sense Seiya was able to fight around Aiolia's Lightning Plasma which is FTL+ to MFTL in nature.

And they can go much faster. Shura went into high MFTL+ when burning his Cosmo and producing a miracle through the 7th sense. They're very flexible and can be as strong as they want to.

Yes, through determination/willpower. its like another level of powerup, enhancement or empowerment.

Have you seen that MFTL+ rating? Seiya can increase his speed if he wants by the use of Miracles. Up to quitillions to sextillions if he so wants.

This fight wasn't considering Miracles boost and even if it was it would be a speedstomp for Seiya.

Edited my comment and besides when this thread was made Cooler was just FTL+, so that's why i assumed the OP meant Seiya without a boost. People just keep bumping these months old thread that is outdated.
