I doubt it because his molecules are still there, I'd say above average resistance, but I doubt he could survive more then two Pegasus Comet Punches which is a universe+ move.

@ QK:Well it depends. Has Thor ever survived an attack which could effect/destroy every single atom in his body. If the answer is yes then he might be able to survived Seiya atomization attacks....

If it can burn through anything and it isn't an hyperbole, then Thor should be able to tank a good amount of Comet Punches. That would certainly give him a better chance of winnning, but that still wont help against Seiya's speed.

I'm literally going off what I read off of the VS Battles stats, and Seiya is ranked higher.

Well Thor doesn't have universal+ durability, but Seiya has universal+ attacks, so I would assume that if Thor were to take Seiya's strongest attack, he wouldn't survive it.

That's in the Overture movie, which is non-canon, God Cloth Seiya is Multi-Galaxy Level and likely Universe Level by burning his cosmo.

True but if Ghost Rider's fire can burn through anything Thor should have some pretty good resistance to Seiya's atomization attacks

Canon Seiya should be universe+ if we're using reasonable logic. Seiya cracked Hades' armour when he was already near death as Hades already attacked him multiple times and sliced him with his sword. Seiya's Comet Punch is immensly strong, I think it would be safe to say it's universe+

Still, cracking armor is much less severe than causing serious damage to a 2-C being.

Overpowering Thanatos who apparently shatters dimensional planes with terrible providence should also be noted and tanking a dimension destroying Galaxy explosion early in the series if we count episode G....
