and even if we included the ghost toon Zelda form, she would be incapable of doing anything to peach unless she possessed a phantasm armor. (since in the game Zelda is showcased to be incapable of interacting with anything due to being fully intangible and is only capable of possessing the named armor enemy).

and peach can still harm ghosts so for the most part peach still has options for dealing with her like sealing her in a soul capture card if it came down to it.
