Only to some degree, thanks to SBA some (if not all) of it is turned into Barney turning willing to kill

He always has used Subjective Reality when in trouble, and you know that

Nearly all of his Subjective Reality powers have been used exclusively for either traveling or for entertainment purposes.

Transmutation is the only one that has been used on living targets

Some of his other abilities are definitely applicable on living things, not just Transmutation. And yet, he's never used any of them for offensive purposes, which is why you can't prove what Barney would do in a combat setting.

This is why Barney doesn't work very well in versus threads unless bloodlusted, like in this thread.

Being intelligent doesn't mean a character will use a specific ability in-character.

Goku is a combat genius but we don't see him leading every battle with BFR. So is Sonic, but he doesn't start every battle with Time Stop. And then there's Superman, who rarely uses Intangibility despite his intelligence.

Barney isn't getting special treatment.

After all, he always leads with Subjective Reality, he can literally just think and win, after all.

Boss can also go invisible and analyze his stats before reaching in to knock him out or even kill him if necessary.
