Both the strongest characters between Xbox, Nintendo and Playstation (as far as I know these 2 would be the actual strongest characters for both Nin10do and Xbox, but, to be honest, they never appear on screen or are only referenced)

No, Dimentio destroyed a large, albeit limited amount of universes.

Normally I would close this, but the Forerunners' profiles seems to imply that their 2-A stats isn't usable in combat.

They are capable of using that energy in combat, well, they used energy that was beyond 3-D on his Weapons, Estructures, Armors, Vehicles, etc...

Oh and btw, I didn't understand the Dimiento feat, thanks for the explanation

It's only as power source as their greatest offensive weapon is This. which only galaxy level at best.
