Okay, I checked the manga and yeah its not durability negation in manga at all
Here is what happens with Seraph Yu's salt manipulation.
Uses salt to block the attack

Forms a salt sword
And..one shots the demon
So unlike anime, Seraph Yu doesn't make the demon into salt and disperse it. And dang I forgot how easily Seraph Yu won in the manga

Issues which most of what your CRT addresses so thats fine and some misinformation in characters like Yuichiro pages. Guren page AP link needs to be fixed as it doesn't work etc

I came back after long time here, not sure how the status for Owari no Seraph is going in the wiki

Well anime has plenty of things which doesn't exist in manga even including feats such as Crowley going toe to toe with One winged Seraph Yu and Guren's spell collapsing the whole building against Mikaela which is also not present in the manga so it doesn't hurt to check the manga and confirm
