After the events of Raditz, Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, and Yajirobe trained under Mr.Popo and Kami which should get the same abilities that Goku got when he trained under them. Also, Mr.Popo and Kami should automaticaly get them as well for being their teachers. Piccolo should get them too after Kami's fusion.
