Outerverse....

I happen to have a few questions about an outerversal realm....

1. Is it an inexplicable, purely philosophical realm, fully beyond the confines of mathematics,beyond all description and classification, beyond any and all levels of ordered logic.,where human comprehension is impossible?

2.Does it exists beyond all hierchies and sizes, where basic knowledge like 1+1=2 is invalid? Does it transcends binary concepts and completely breaks logic?

It's a realm that is transcendent and qualitatively superior to dimenstionality and spacetime. Any extra fluff, such as mathematics itself being invalid, may vary from fiction to fiction. Pretty sure you can have an outerverse that is beyond dimensionality and spacetime without being beyond math it self.
