Yeah, I agree, if only powers that get you on that list is banned, then pretty much everything that isn't higher dimensional would be accepted.

I mean, not all time and soul powers are banned (At least I don't think).
You just can't have an insta-win button.
Stuff like time acceleration or deceleration should be fine as long as it isn't OD uber powerful. Same with soul manipulation, I'm sure Smashor doesn't have a problem with damaging disembodied souls or maybe even souls inside of a character's body...as long as it doesn't insta win, and can be countered in some fashion aside from having resistance to it.

Yeah, but it's either a slow infection that mostly just makes you eviler until higher amounts of exposure, like in the case of Gishki Noellia, or they have to be killed first.

Technically most of the charater's we're fighting are already evil.
