In Transformers: Stormbringer, Optimus defeats a Decepticon named Thunderwing. Right before Optimus kills him, he states that thunderwing poses a threat to the entire universe. It's also explained that he has a fissionable core power by super energon (Ore-13). Does this make him universal?
