OPM - A few sub-rel characters

It's come to my attention that there has been speed calcs for OPM that has placed them a few times on the Sub-relativistic level. And I don't mean just Saitama gaining these upgrades. But notably there has been several occasions where these characters are getting sub-rel high ends.

This isn't technically something we can easily use but it does show that nice sub-rel value to scale

All of these have sub-relativistic yields and are fairly consistent so it's not outlierish, helped by the fact that we have Lightspeed Flash who's sub rel.

So I ask... should the high yield be considered for the secondary hi tiers? Not just Tatsumaki, Lightspeed Flash and whoever's not as great as Boros and Garou. But rather, people like Atomic Samurai, that guy whose name is censored and I can't pronounce, Sweet Mask (possibly combat and reaction wise considering he could keep track of Garou for a bit), and Suiryu.

Then again this might be more fitting for general questions.

Suiryu's feat pretty much got rejected by Kka.

Tornado scaling to Mob's Sub-Rel feat via WoG is completely irrelevant, as she is clearly in a different league than most other S-Classes. Plus Mob Psycho is a different verse than OPM. That series having Sub-Rel feats doesn't mean Sub-Rel feats are consistent for the OPM verse.

Saitama's feat needs no explanation as to why that doesn't scale to Samurai.

Lightspeed as well obviously doesn't scale to Atomic Samurai. And his feats are nowhere remotely close to Sub-Rel to a almost laugable extent. His ratings come from powerscaling. So it wouldn't make anything more consistent as a whole or upgrade Atomic Samurai.

And I don't think that Atomic Samurai being Sub-Rel was rejected due to being an outlier rather the calcers decided the lower ends were more reasonable.

But even so, characters who do not scale to Atomic Samurai performing Sub-Rel feats or scaling to such doesn't mean him doing so isn't an outlier. Piccolo busting the moon didn't make Roshi's feat not an outlier. Goku scaling to Piccolo's moonbust didn't make Roshi's feat more consistent.
